Sporty Morty is a sports themed criminal who robs using his fishing pole, used a golf club and ball to knock out a policeman, and other sports themed eaponry and tricks.
He also planned on mounting Batfink on his wall.

- Although only seen once, in the episode of the same name, The Cheif tells Batfink "Sporty Morty is at it again" suggesting he has been locked up before.
