Full Plot[]
Manhole Manny emerges from under the street to steel the Van Gogh painting as it was being transferred from the armored truck in front of the museum. Batfink and Karate go under the streets to locate this wily thief and find themselves trapped as explosions grow ever closer.
Karate's blows make an exit and the villain is captured.
